My office is a short walk from the centre of Kilkenny City. It is close to Kilkenny train station, and it is on the KK2 bus route. There is free parking available. The office is on the first floor above the Tomás Keogh Pharmacy, and it is accessible by a lift. Payment for appointments is by cash or card, and receipts are available for health insurance reimbursement.
Resources:
It is very common for people to seek assistance on the internet when we feel confused or distressed or overwhelmed. There are some wonderful resources on the internet, however there is also a huge amount of misinformation, and some of that may be very harmful. It is very important that if we are seeking advice or support, that we can trust the source of that advice or support.
These are some external resources which I have no connection to, but which are regarded as trustworthy and reliable. There are many more helpful resources available - this is just a small sample.
